Sweden — ARN

Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (the National Board for Consumer Disputes), arn.se, Box 174, SE-101 23 Stockholm. We will take part in the proceedings and follow the recommendation.

ECC Sweden (Konsument Europa) advises consumers on cross-border purchases within the EU.
