This page is about what WE choose to do. It does not replace, reduce or reinterpret your statutory rights: the 14-day right of withdrawal and the three-year right to complain about a fault stand whatever this page says, and if the two ever disagree the law wins.

How to ask

Use the contact form and quote your order reference, exactly as for a statutory return. There is no separate route and no form to hunt for — we would rather hear from you early than have you guess which right applies.

How long it takes

For a statutory withdrawal we must reimburse you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of being told, and we may hold the money until the goods are back with us or you have shown they were sent.

What is excluded

A sealed cosmetic product that has been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned under the statutory right for health-protection or hygiene reasons. That exclusion is in the law, not our invention, and it is the reason we ask you to check the box before breaking a seal.
