Terms of purchase (Köpvillkor)

These terms apply when you buy goods as a consumer from Prescentia AB through prescentia.com. They are the one document you accept at checkout. The right-of-withdrawal information, the privacy policy and the legal notice are information we owe you — you never have to agree to them to buy. Nothing here limits a right you have under mandatory consumer law; where a term and such a right conflict, the right prevails.

Ordering and the contract

Products shown on the site are an invitation to place an order. A customer account is required to buy; you sign in with your Google account and we hold no password for you. Before ordering you can review and correct your basket, and checkout shows the goods, the total and the delivery area before you order.

When you press the button labelled “Order with obligation to pay”, you place an order that obliges you to pay and you accept the version of these terms shown at checkout. The contract is concluded when we send our order confirmation to your account email. An automated receipt that only says the order was received is not an acceptance.

We store the exact text of the terms you accepted, together with your order and a timestamp, so the version that governs your purchase can always be shown. The current version can be saved and downloaded from this page.

Prices

Prices are shown in Swedish kronor. The total payable, including any delivery charge, is shown at checkout before you order. A delivery charge that was not shown before the contract is never charged.

Prices include Swedish VAT (moms).

Payment

Payments are processed by the payment provider named at checkout; we never see or store your card number. The methods offered are those shown to you at checkout. A payment method without credit is always shown first and no credit method is pre-selected; any credit agreement is between you and the credit provider, under its terms. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Sweden. Perfume is an alcohol-based liquid, so it is packed and declared as dangerous goods and shipped by road — never by air mail; that is our responsibility, not yours. The risk passes to you when you, or someone you designated other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If no delivery time is stated, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract. Carrier and delivery times are shown at checkout; see the Delivery page.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (for an order delivered in parts, the final part), without giving a reason. The quickest way is the withdrawal function: sign in, open the order under Your account → Orders, and use “Withdraw from contract here”; we acknowledge your notice with the time we received it. Returns and refunds after withdrawal

Prescentia pays the return postage. Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice, using the return service we designate (perfume must travel by road). We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, including the cheapest standard delivery we offered; we may withhold the refund until the goods are back or you show they were sent. Refunds use the same means of payment as the purchase, at no fee. You may handle the goods only as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Details on the Returns page.

Defects (reklamation)

If the goods are defective, contact us with your order reference. We are responsible for defects that existed on delivery and become apparent within three years; complain within a reasonable time after you noticed the defect — within two months is always in time. For a justified defect claim we bear the necessary return costs; a defect claim is not a withdrawal return. The rules and the statute they rest on are quoted on the Defects page.

Gift cards and discount codes

We do not offer gift cards or discount codes today. If we introduce them, their terms are published here before the first one is sold, and they never reduce a right you have under these terms.

Your account and use of the site

Your account shows your orders and is where you use the withdrawal function and your data rights. Use the site for ordinary personal purposes: do not attempt unauthorised access, circumvent security measures, introduce malicious code, deliberately overload the service or manipulate checkout. We may restrict a session or technical access where reasonably necessary to stop an attack, a fraud attempt or serious misuse; a restriction is proportionate to the risk and never affects rights already arising from a purchase. If you suspect a security issue, do not exploit it — report it via /.well-known/security.txt.

Site content — text, photography, layout, code, trade marks — is protected by intellectual-property law; these terms transfer no rights beyond ordinary private use.

Reviews and how results are ordered

We do not host customer reviews on this site. If we invite you to review us on an external review platform, the invitation follows a real order, is sent neutrally and consistently, and never comes with a benefit for leaving, editing or removing a review; an invited review does not mean every review on that platform is a verified purchase, and we never claim more verification than the process supports. Where the site offers search or sorting, the main parameters determining the order of results are stated at the search function; no review score is used to rank products, and no third party can pay for a position — Prescentia is the only seller here.

Disputes

Contact us first — most issues are resolved directly. You may also refer a dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), arn.se, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, where ARN has jurisdiction; ARN's decisions are recommendations that we intend to follow. Your right to go to court is unaffected. See the Disputes page.

Governing law

Swedish law governs these terms and your purchase.

Versions

The version you accepted when you ordered governs that purchase; a later version never changes a contract already concluded. Every version carries a version number and date and can be saved and downloaded.
