Right of withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

How to withdraw

The quickest way is the withdrawal function: sign in, open the order under Your account → Orders, and use “Withdraw from contract here”. It is on every order page and is available throughout the withdrawal period. You may instead use the withdrawal form linked below, or the contact form, quoting your order reference. Either way we acknowledge your statement and confirm the date and time we received it.

Who pays for the return

PRESCENTIA PAYS THE RETURN POSTAGE. We state this deliberately: where a trader does not clearly inform the consumer in advance that the consumer bears the cost, the trader bears it. Rather than rely on wording, we have chosen to pay.

Your refund

We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, including the cheapest standard outbound delivery we offered. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned, or until you show they were sent back — whichever happens first.

Sealed goods

Perfume is supplied sealed for health and hygiene reasons. If the seal is broken after delivery, the right of withdrawal may not apply to that item. The seal is intact when the outer wrapping has not been opened.

You are liable only for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

This is not the same as complaining about a fault
