Contact us BEFORE sending anything back, quoting your order reference. We will confirm the return address and send you a prepaid label.
Pack the item so it survives the journey. Perfume is glass and pressurised; a bottle that arrives broken because it was posted loose in an envelope is difficult for either of us to resolve.
Which right applies changes the deadline, not the process: see Ångerrätt (14 days, no reason needed) and Reklamation (three years, for faults).
