Support messages

When a support case is resolved or closed, we delete it — and the whole conversation with it — after 30 days of no further contact. Deletion is real: we do not keep a hidden copy marked as deleted.

The 30 days run from the LAST message, not from when the case was opened. If you write again, the case stays and the clock starts over. A case that is still open is never deleted on this schedule, however old it is.

If a case is part of an ongoing dispute we put it on hold and it is not deleted while that lasts. We do that because the conversation is the evidence, and it protects you as much as us.

Your account

If you close your account we deactivate it immediately and delete it 30 days later. The 30 days are a recovery window we offer, not a legal requirement — ask us within them and we can stop it. You are signed out straight away and cannot sign back in, so you have to contact us rather than undo it yourself.

If you ask us to erase your data rather than close your account, we do not park it for 30 days. That request is handled at the next deletion pass.

Orders

Your delivery address and the email address we used to contact you about an order are removed when you close your account or ask for erasure, in every case.

Some order details are kept even then, because Swedish bookkeeping law requires the record of a sale to be preserved. What is kept is the record of the transaction — who the counterparty was, the amount and the date — and nothing else about you. Swedish bookkeeping law sets that period, and it does not run from the day you ordered: it runs to the end of the seventh year after the financial year in which the sale fell. An order placed at any point in 2026 is therefore kept until the end of 2033.

Technical records

A sign-in session records the IP address and browser it was created from, so an unfamiliar session can be ended. Once a session is over — you signed out, or it expired — that record is deleted after 30 days.

Emails we have sent you are deleted from our sending queue 90 days after they went out. A message that could not be delivered is kept until someone has looked at why.

We do not keep our own record of which pages you look at. This website stores no browsing history, no page-view log and no analytics profile about you.
