Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Sweden. More countries are added deliberately, one at a time, each only after the registrations and carrier arrangements that destination requires are in place — if a country is not offered at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.

Perfume travels as dangerous goods

Perfume is an alcohol-based liquid, so we pack and declare it as dangerous goods (UN 1266) under the Limited Quantity regime and ship it by road — never by air mail. The packing and the carrier declaration are our responsibility, not yours; nothing is required from you.

What this means for you: express air options will never be offered, some remote destinations may be limited to road-served addresses, and transit can take longer than for ordinary parcels.

Risk in transit

The risk passes to you when you — or someone you have asked to receive it — take physical possession of the goods. If a parcel is lost in transit before that, it is our problem, not yours.
